About You the online fashion retailer was founded 5 years ago in 2013 and went „live“ in March 2014. Today Heartland the investment arm of the Danish Bestseller Group valued the company at around 1 billion euro and will invest 300 million euro. Heartland also owns significant stakes in Zalando and Asos.
In the second transaction the Scout24 Group acquires finanzcheck.de, one of the leading consumer finance platforms in Germany. Finanzcheck operates an online consumer finance platform, providing consumers with real-time and efficient comparison of consumer loans. The deal was valued at 285 million euro and the company was founded 2010.
